Our trips follow a two-phase booking process:
- Interest Phase: All trips start in "Coming Soon" mode where you can express your interest. This helps us gauge demand and plan the trip accordingly.
- Booking Phase: Once we've collected enough interest and finalized the trip details, we change the status to "Book Now." This is when you can officially reserve your spot.
Important: Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis once booking opens. Those who expressed interest will be notified first when booking becomes available.
All bookings are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our curated trips—where we pre-book accommodations, experiences, and activities—we are unable to offer refunds once a booking is confirmed. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
Please make sure you are fully committed before booking your spot.
All participants must be 21 years or older unless otherwise specified in the trip details.
This requirement exists because our trips frequently include visits to breweries, distilleries, wineries, and other establishments where alcoholic beverages are served and tasted as part of the cultural experience.
If a specific trip allows younger participants, it will be clearly noted in the trip description.
We offer flexible payment options to make your dream trip more accessible:
- Pay in Full: Complete your payment at the time of booking.
- Monthly Payments (via Klarna): Split your payment into manageable monthly installments for up to 24 months through our partner Klarna. This allows you to book now and pay over time.
Klarna payment plans are subject to approval and terms set by Klarna.
Each trip package clearly outlines what's included, but typically our trips include:
- Accommodations for the duration of the trip
- Curated experiences and activities as listed in the itinerary
- Select meals (breakfast, lunch, or dinner as specified)
- Local transportation during the trip
- Expert local guides
Not typically included: International airfare, travel insurance, personal expenses, and meals not specified in the itinerary.
We keep our groups intentionally small to ensure a personalized, intimate experience. Group sizes vary by trip but are typically limited to ensure everyone gets personal attention and authentic experiences.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
Since all bookings are non-refundable, travel insurance can protect you in case of:
- Trip cancellation or interruption
- Medical emergencies abroad

Absolutely! Many of our travelers join solo and leave with new friends. Our small group format makes it easy to connect with like-minded people who share your passion for food, drinks, and authentic experiences.
Some packages may offer single occupancy options or roommate matching—check the specific trip details for availability.
Most of our trips involve moderate walking and exploring on foot. You should be comfortable walking for extended periods, sometimes on uneven terrain or stairs.
If a trip requires a higher fitness level or has specific physical requirements, it will be noted in the trip description. If you have any concerns, please contact us before booking.
