The afternoon flows gently with a classic Vermont maple tasting and a casual visit to one of the most iconic breweries in the country. Explore Vermont’s legendary Northeast Kingdom with a visit to Hill Farmstead Brewery, widely recognized as one of the world’s top breweries. Enjoy time to experience their beers in one of the most scenic settings in the state.
Afterward, we stop for a relaxed countryside lunch at The Craftsbury General Store, featuring artisan sandwiches made with local Vermont ingredients.
The day continues with scenic drives through rural Vermont before returning to the lodge to unwind and enjoy the evening.

What to Expect
Today is about slowing down and savoring Vermont at its finest. The morning is intentionally unstructured, giving you time to sleep in, enjoy the lodge amenities, take in the mountain views, relax by the pool, or simply enjoy a quiet coffee surrounded by nature. No alarms, no rushing, just space to enjoy where you are.
Late morning flows into a relaxed brunch, followed by a scenic drive into Vermont’s craft heartland. In the afternoon, we visit Lawson’s Finest Liquids, one of the state’s most respected breweries, where quality, balance, and craftsmanship take center stage.
The day concludes with a true culinary highlight, an unforgettable evening at Hen of the Wood. We gather for an exclusive butcher table experience, a chef-led, multi-course dinner showcasing the best local ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and Vermont’s farm-to-table philosophy at its peak.
